   I had the good fortune of tasting Paul Chisholm's crepes at a recent party where he was displaying his crepe-making skills. They were fantastic! The menu included peking duck crepes, crepes with caramelized apples and whipped creme fraiche, brandied cherry crepes, and wild mushroom crepes. Amazing!
