Obsessed with eating and cooking food. Once spent a whole two weeks at work trying to book a Ko reservation. Don't tell the boss. Will research anything and find you that amazing restaurant, ingredient or specialty store. Big fan of local, organic foods. Oh and am from Wisconsin so inherently love my dairy. Mmm cheese. I highly recommend Anita as a Food Guru. I hired Anita to try daily at 10am to make a reservation at Momofuku Ko restaurant in New York City via Ko's online reservation system. Reservations at Ko are notoriously hard to get a hold of. While Anita did not succeed in getting the reservation in the end, she did try tirelessly every day to get one -- and with Ko's it's all about luck! I would definitely hire her again. She is also a pleasure to work with.
